Myrtle Beach SC Buyers Agents843, REALTOR is a local Real Estate Company in Myrtle Beach SC for over 10 years. We are centrally located in Myrtle Beach and handle Horry and Georgetown County, which includes The Grand Strand, one of the most popular areas in South Carolina. The Grand Strand stretches from Little River to Murrells Inlet and contains about 60 miles of sunny beaches as well as the renowned Intracoastal Waterway (ICW). We have two State Parks that are located on the ocean for great camping and nature walks. The Grand Strand is also made up of Atlantic Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, Murrells Inlet and Garden City. This area is great for home buyers and offers many different options for families and retirees, such as properties on the Intracoastal Waterway, golf courses, 55 Plus communities, and OceanFront communities. Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas also contain a variety of options for retirees. If you've just retired and want to live in a community with other retirees than the 55 plus subdivision might be what you are looking for. If you are looking for a 55+ community, let our experienced Real Estate Agents show you a true 55+ community with age restrictions. Deed restriction makes sure that someone over the age of 48 or 55 can live in the community. Don't be fooled by imitations that claim to be "active adult communities". If you are looking to retire close to the Beach without living in an age restricted community we do have other options. Myrtle Beach 55 Communities
The Grand Strand and the surrounding areas offer more than just a variety of properties, there is always something going on from festivals and concerts, to car and boat shows. Horry County is the largest county in South Carolina with real estate covering 1,133 square miles. Not only does Horry County have 14 miles of public beaches available but it also has the Intracoastal Waterway. The Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) is inland and only a few miles from the beaches of Horry County. The Intracoastal Waterway follows the coastline passing through Little River, North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, and Murrells Inlet. It offers ideal boating, especially during summer!Since Horry County is so large, it's often broken into different areas be it cities, towns, or communities. Each of these areas is popular for their own reason and comes with its own perks. Carolina Forest is an area with plenty of permanent residents! It is close to the beach, shopping centers, job opportunities, and highways. It offers a nice balance to the tourist and everyday life. Forestbrook is another area for many of the permanent residents that want to be out of the tourist traffic but still close to the Myrtle Beach Airport and Coastal Grand Mall. Some homes for sale in Carolina Forest and Forestbrook may even be on the Intercoastal Waterway! Market Commons is a popular hotspot for people who enjoy upscale shopping, dining, and being close to the beach. Located between both 17s, it is easy to get to and close to the beach and The Myrtle Beach State Park. Cherry Grove is another popular location with many condos directly on the ocean! It also has homes on the Channel that can offer boat slips in your backyard. This area is perfect for our beach and boat fans. Prince Creek is a section of Murrells Inlet. Just a short drive and you will find yourself at the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk; however, it's still tucked away from the busy pace of the beach. Prince Creek has limited traffic outlets which keep the area quiet. Surfside Beach is a seaside community with many of the homes for sale located just a few blocks from the beach. There are homes and condos on rental programs which add to the tourism in the area. Little River is home to 1 of the 2 swing bridges located in Horry County! The area has a quick outlet to the ocean for our boaters. Little River has a few condos that allow you to dock your boat outside your condo making Little River a boater's paradise. Loris can be about 25 minutes from the beach and borders North Carolina. Loris offers rural living for those that want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Myrtle Beach vibe, but can still benefit from a daycation when they want. Aynor is a small town on the west side of Horry County that is another opportunity for rural living. The area can offer that peace and quiet that is often absent in some of the busier areas of the beach. Longs also offers a country atmosphere, but shopping in North Myrtle Beach is just 15 minutes away. Longs is located between Conway, Little River, and Loris. Conway is a large area and has different types of housing with 55+ retirement communities, country homes with a few acres, horse farms, and affordable single-family homes! It is the county seat of Horry County and remains reasonably close to the beach. North Myrtle Beach can be broken into a few smaller sections like Barefoot Resort, Crescent Beach, Windy Hill, and Ocean Drive. Some of the North Myrtle Beach condos and homes for sale are directly on the ocean and on the Intracoastal Waterway.
